What is your return policy?

All sales are final. If you have received a damaged or defective product, let us know and we will resolve your concerns to our fullest abilities. Our goal is to ensure 100% customer satisfaction. Please contact us if you have any product issues that require our attention. If your item was ordered/purchased from another retailer, please contact them directly.

What is your shipping policy?

You can expect your items to arrive by the estimated delivery date, which is shown for each item during checkout. Once your order ships you will receive an email with tracking information. Your items may arrive sooner than the estimated delivery date. Please also note that the estimated delivery date is an estimate only and is not guaranteed. Questions about orders that are in transit must be directed towards the shipping company you chose.
